If you don't have an addons folder, you can just make one by making and renaming a new folder. Open the WitchesCarnival folder with vpk by dragging the folder onto it, and it will create a vpk file called witchescarnival. I made a shortcut to it on my desktop to make my work easier, but it isn't required.
STELLA GLOW MORDI INSTALL
That will install an application called vpk, located in C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 Dead 2/bin. I would just link to a tutorial here, but I didn't find one I liked, so.įirst, you need the L4D2 Authoring Tools (under Library -> Tools in the Steam menu). I forgot to mention this in the Installation Instructions file (whoops), but the final step is turning the WitchesCarnival folder into a vpk, and putting that in your addons folder. duh, but I actually felt like its creepy choir was perfect the way it was. I would have LOVED to do something for the Witch music, because. It makes me sad, but there's nothing I can do. The downside to this is, for whatever reason, soundscripts usually don't work on official servers, and even some 3rd-party ones (you can get the full effect on a local server, though). I have received absolutely no feedback, so if there are any issues at all I do not know about themīecause this is a campaign-exclusive mod, instead of replacing the original sound files (which would affect all campaigns), I had to use soundcripts.

Signs, banners, graffiti, ice machines, campaign posters. The first 3 are voice line-dependent, and all of them don't play in the concert level so you don't have 2 different songs clashing in your ears.Ī LOT of material mods. Music for throwing a Molotov or Pipe Bomb, and using First Aid or Adrenaline. Log in or sign up for Facebook to connect with friends, family and people you know. Music for the Tank, clowns, the carousel, the concert, and others I did upload two | parts of it to my workshop, though. The whole version was too big for the Workshop, unfortunately, so I uploaded it to gamebanana. EDIT: I'd like to take this opportunity to again credit.
